We will meet at the Asilomar Conference Grounds near Monterey, California.
Conference participants are expected to make their own arrangements for travel to the Bay Area and to the Asilomar Conference Grounds. The Monterey Airbus runs a bus service from SFO and SJC to Asilomar. The fee is approximately $50/person each way. Reservations can be made here.
For those who will be driving to the conference grounds, parking will be assigned to you when you arrive.
Lodging arrangements have been made for all conference participants to stay in the beautiful, rustic accommodations available on the Asilomar grounds. Information about the policies and amenities available can be found here.
For those conference participants arriving the evening before the conference, you will need to arrange your own accomodations.
Meals for conference participants will be provided throughout our stay. Asilomar will provide options at each meal. If you have any special dietary needs (kosher, vegan, food allergies, etc.) please let the conference organizers know by June 1 so the necessary preparations can be made.
